Osaka also know as Red Mustard Greens. We grow it in our polytunnels. The leaves have a spicey mustard flavour similiar to mustard, getting stronger with cold temperatures.
Great in a stir fry or salad.

A traditionally Asian vegetable we grow two varieties of Pak Choi; Joi Choi and Chifu. They are the first crops from our new polytunnels.
There is no waste as the white stem is tender. Delicious in a stir fry with ginger and chilli.
Osaka, Pak Choi, Bulls Blood & Purslane the very first of this seasons Winter Salad Leaves. More varieties of leaves will join these first four over the next few of weeks.
They are all oriental leaves that grow under cover well despite the cold temperatures and short days of winter.
Great as a salad, a sandwich or added to a stir-fry.
